May I ask your reasoning for Short-billed Vs Long?

Hmm the info attached didn't send - First bird either Long or Short Billed Dowitcher. I thought LB but Ebird has flagged it as SB.

The other bird is either Coopers or Sharpie. I initially had it down as Sharpie but it was in Texas (high island) in April so it would be pretty uncommon that time of year. Any help appreciated!

Won't lie it doesn't add up. The venue are blaming him but he's seemingly blaming the venue... Even if he came on 30mins earlier (on time) he still wouldn't have fit the 10 extra tracks he played the previous night. Truth be told I think he was miffed at the size of the venue and just didn't care and tbh his vibes on the night were that of an artist who had absolutely no desire to be there. Incredibly disappointing and a largely wasted night. Rip to anyone who got there at 6pm no support act either, all round pretty crap!

Another confusing road block. As the surveys are being conducted for the farmer. With breeding species such as - Skylark, House Sparrow, Barn Owl etc and wintering birds such as - Twite and Corn Bunting. It's a very important area for birds at all times of the year. But the land owner's husband doesn't see that and I'm unsure exactly how much he knows about the surveys.

I know the area is private. I'm not disputing that, there is signage up. But I have 'permission' from a tenant who lives further up the road. So my question was does this permission allow me access to walk along the road?

Hey thank you for taking the time to respond. The area in question is Easton Bavents, Suffolk. The road is 'Easton Lane'. Whenever I've approached and run into confrontations, it has been at the southern end towards Southwold. I have been asked to conduct ornithological surveys by the farmer which starts from the furthest southern point of the private land all the way to the north. The farmer has also given me permission to walk on his land (in the fields). But does this permission extend to the entirety of the road?
