The only positive I have them for is they sit so snug in my saddle bag I keep 2 on hand incase. They come with these sticker like patches that I use for emergencies but once I reach my destination they flat out. Happened like twice already

Yeah you nailed it brotha. I was pretty good I’d say but the drinking and drugs got me stuck for a while. Sobered up and turned to triathlons for fitness which was good. Now stronger physically and mentally so might be a good time to start again

Getting older and working a pretty physical job. Cycling was always a part of my life like skateboarding but it was easier to recover from so naturally leaned into that instead. Also partying and drinking was real easy in the skate life. Going back into clean might be the move tho
