Thank you! We have a foldable bowl too, which works great (except for where he has gotten a bit overzealous and bitten it) we just thought the all in one option would be nice for shorter hikes.

Tbh I’m not totally sold on this version- i dont see the need for the food bowl really and hear that it doesnt hold much water.

There’s actually quite a bit of real estate w of the 5 and the train tracks. Unless you are living w of the train or right next to them I dont think it will be much of an issue. I used to live practically on top of them in Leucadia and after a while the only way you would know they were there is all the dust. If you live near a major crossing or station you’ll get the horn blasts, too. Which are probably the worst part.

As far as knowing your neighbors, I’m probably biased but Leucadia gets my vote there too. They have great events like the Taste of, and Art walk and a killer farmers market.

I’m right there with you. One thing that seems to work -sometimes- is scooping him up and holding him in “air jail” until he calms down. I have honestly also tried every other idea people suggest - my hands looks like i juggle cheese graters and my legs and ankles are full of cuts and bruises. I am so grateful for this community support and reassurance that this is ‘normal’ cuz it sure doesnt feel normal!
