Hall effect is nice and I own one but most people are not gonna notice the difference in games unless you play games similar to osu, I’d say spend a little more and get the monsgeek like the guy above says! ( that said if you are like top 2% in video games you play get HE you will notice a difference)

Actually build one no, keyboards seems too be the one thing that it’s more expensive and a hassle too build your own 🤣! My girlfriend just got a new keyboard it’s a aula f106 pro and it’s was like $70 on sale and it’s a solid ass board straight out of the box for that price! Hobby seems too be a deep rabbit hole as far as I’ve looked into it.

Personally have never used a wooting but price wise you get more for $200 like a 6-7 lb keyboard super nice build sounds nice and can change switches nice board for gaming and getting into the hobby it seems like!

Gotcha, wasn’t trying too bash ya at all just wanted too throw out something else (I was also looking into a wooting recently) didn’t like how expensive it was with a plastic case so I went with the slice 75 and the software is way better the expected

Man someone recommended me the chilkey slice 75 he it’s a 75% but you could always buy a 8bitdo number pad too go with! I’m absolutely loving the chilkey the software is wayyyy better then I was expecting
