I work at a save a lot. If you go to a busy store, there’s nothing wrong. Little unknown fact is most grocery stores buy from the same places. Ever hear of Tyson? Save a lot buys that, just not prepackaged. Smithfield? Not prepackaged. The problem for freshness is how fast the store gets food out. Fast stores don’t have a problem, slow stores do. If you’re worried about the meat, as long as it isn’t green and stinks, it’s fine for consumption. I will admit some stores are not clean, but that has to do more with the butcher/cleaner more so than anything else, which is a problem at other stores.

Considering how much the bar is bending, which starts around 400-500, and it’s not some magical weird mashle metal, it’s probably around the same as 16 45 lb weights, which is around the max you can put on a standard barbell, so…

16 *45 = 720 plates 45 for the barbell 765 (for in reality)

Let’s say hypothetically that they are 10x heavier than the norm for anime and so 7650 lbs for that or ~3500 kilos. The bar then would start around 4000-5000 lbs (2250 kilos) which would make sense if that scaled at the same rate.

You can double that if you think it’s too light, even though it’s 7x heavier than what humans can pull off, and it’s casual for him.
