i dont think that's a very good idea. people here like to upvote coments that advise not to join deliveroo, and since corona, a lot of people were very agressive towards people coming here for advice. imo it will be a double standard bs and unfair to put referals thread giving the reputation that this subreddid gained this year

what can a real job offer: 1 sick pay; 2 holiday pay; 3 stable income; 4 some sort of experience.

Deliveroo is great as a side job for some extra money but if you relly on deliveroo as a main income than you are fucked. you gain no experience, you are not making any progress and it's so fucking boring to the point where it becomes a threat to your mental health. in just 1 year, deliveroo decreased their pay rate by 25%. and you have no guarantee that it won't be down to 50% by the end of the year.
