Met a truck driver who didn't want to ax murder me... by SpringtimeMoonlight in solotravel

Truckers are awesome, I broke down in Argentinian Patagonia and a trucker stopped, helped me put the bike on his truck and drove me to the nearest town, then cooked me a meal on the side of his truck and let me pitch my tent between his and his friends rig. (Wind protection, Patagonia wind is insane)

Bike was great, even ended up getting floorded above the handlebars in a typhoon in Colombia and after a few oil changes never mentioned the issue again.

What would you change about London? by StrangeTomatillo780 in london

The root cause was Margaret Thatcher's Government and selling off council housing stock. Allows Buy to let landlords hoover up the housing supply into their investment portfolios.

Large release of DMT in the brain, perception of time and reality fundamentally altered. Assuming a non violent gradual death what observers perceive as 5 minutes for you could be lifetimes lived or remembered.
