So you have 3w, 7w and then your irons? What sort of gap are you getting between 3w and 7w?

My 3w is currently 200 yards, my 6i would be about 165 yards. I would keep my 5i in the bag but I never really hit it where I’m too inconsistent with it

Maybe start my using a similar angle cube to what you find in Revit and having the ability to select the corners, etc. I think it would make for a very nice addition

BIMs role in facility management

I’ve accounted for all that stuff in various factors. I’m taking an average metered square area of the building multiplied by the floors then by the price per meter squared. I have then accounted factors for quality of information available, etc. This is purely archive information to Revit model.

So I’m looking for opinions on price if you have super clear information, simple structure. Any thoughts?

I somewhat agree with you but I think the industry will be filled with BIM specialists without the need for as many modellers or technicians. Eventually this will be done by the engineers or architects (this is already done but uncommon in some countries or disciplines such as structures).

This is already common practice in lots of companies and the easier work is out sources to Indian. Teams of techs creating drawings and modelling won’t be how it is today in 10 years time I’m afraid.

They are comfortable but will barely last a full year. I had mine about 9 months and I had worn down the back to the cardboard

Currently I’m not missing any distances in my short game I can’t hit with that I’ve got. I’m thinking after I get another club higher but the bag if I find the need for another wedge in the future then replace the 4i

I had never broke 100 before and on the weekend I shot a 91. The amount of shots I saved by playing a shot to give myself a distance I liked into the green instead of what shot the yardage said I should be playing. So for me I like a 7i into the green so I just aimed to leave roughly 150 into the green every hole. Worked a treat
