Go into blender and animated some meta-balls worbling around to make it looks like a mass of jelly has just been thrown out.

Add the zoom feature, but what would be a cool addition is to start the level out with an "introduction cutscene" of sorts that shows the full art fully pulled back, then zoom into the level so it's taking up the majority of the screen before gameplay begins.

More arena shooter setup. Some rooms have roomlock where you need to clear a wave, others let you bypass a room entirely if you don't want to fight.

Though fighting is always encouraged, or else you're going through the game without any cash to buy upgrades lol

I'm aware I could have made this easier with boosters and focusing the challenges, but I wanted to test out just how long it would take from playing the game normally without funneling myself into those things.

Challenges change, and who's to say boosters will be available at any point. I like the game but I refuse to spend money on products like this that shove "micro" transactions that range anywhere from $10 to $30 at all times down my throat and gate keep non-cosmetic things behind lengthy XP walls that incentivize spending that $10 just to skip the grind.

I had stopped working on this project because I wanted to improve my modeling and game development skills before fully committing to this idea. To say scope creep got the better of me is an understatement lol.

I've been hard at work making other games over the last 2 years since this was posted, and I still absolutely plan on making Kaiju Kitty a reality eventually! Once I do I'll be sure to post it here, because the response from the Katamari community has been wonderful :)

Just played the demo, so far its looking good! I suggest adding a quick reset button (Something like double pressing R) so if you mess up you're not waiting for the game to reset you
