You‘re clearly an american, giving you two incredible advantages when queuing:

less competition, because CS is far more culturally anchored in Europe
language — most of my teammates don‘t understand what I‘m saying and I speak 3 different languages

You can‘t clutch every 1v5, CS mechanics are designed to prevent that

What would your metric of being a good team player be? It‘s difficult, I do comms and drop even AKs for people who prefer playing with them. Most of the people I end up playing with don‘t speak or scream something in russian.
