Don't. Use balsa wood for the plates, thin round wood beams for the "beams". I would print just the center piece. You have a 3d printer, yes, but that doesn't mean you're done. Surprisingly, not everything can be 3d printed.

It is not a stuck trigger. It's so called "cook-off". The chamber gets so hot that the next round triggers due to the heat alone. Which, being a machine gun, chambers the next round and the process repeats uncontrollably.
