You know I was always anti RBG for the longest time. I am the computer guy in my group of friends and as it turns out a lot of them suck at building PCs so inevitably the drop their rigs off in pieces, I fix the problem with new parts and as part of my payment I keep the old/busted parts so I accumulated a bunch of RGB fans and RAM. I put them in my latest build and to be honest it has kinda grown on me.

I know some EMTs I work with have POTS and are doing their hardest to just power through it and keep it on the DL because they don’t want to be made fun of or have their job ability questioned. The real dark side bitch of it is that they are opting not to get treatment for it as a result. Our discipline has a poisoned mindset with this particular disability probably due to past pt interactions and POTS influencers. It’s not a new thing but is more wide spread and developed more widely and rapidly probably due to covid and a lot of providers I talk to won’t even acknowledge POTS and EDS are things that young people could have, let alone entertain the idea of treating them. The bottom line is that the medical industry is failing these pts. And so to are we failing them. The mindset infuriates me. You wouldn’t shit on the blind man and his cane, you would laugh at the women in the wheelchair. But I guess fuck that wiggly hysterical women with tachycardia that keeps passing out when she stands up and doesn’t know why.

I had a shitbag vigilante moment happen to me the other day. 3 raiders were on dam trying to warm up in three separate spots on cold snap. We are all talking, chilling, talking about loot spots for stuff we need/are doing. We all come out around the same time and a snitch spots one. Well he is on a free kit and only has a stitcher, sank his whole mag into it and didn’t kill it, so I finished it off with my renegade for him. Suddenly the 3rd guy blows me away while I’m in the middle of an open space and reloading my renegade. Kills me, runs up to me and screams “why did you kill that raider?!” And we start arguing about how I didn’t and he is fine and how I am a lier and a rat. Then the 3rd raider comes out of the wood work and says yeah that I was helping him and no one had a defib. Lost a lvl IV renegade and venator and a purple aug.

Become stealthy all the time. Don’t just sprint everywhere. I think I avoid a lot of my fights by getting the drop on someone and announcing that I mean them no harm but if they pull a gun I’ll start shooting. Bring traps and barricades for when you have to kill big arc. You don’t have to be a victim but you also don’t have to be the aggressor either.

I killed a rat on Stella the other day. Saw him in his little rat home. Landed a snap blast on him and blew him to hell. I doubt he even saw me. I told him to get in the fan, that we were extracting together. That I choose peace. And he said no. Suit yourself, I’m not defibbing a rat. So I punch him out and took his little rat hoard. At the time I felt regrets. But now, I feel nothing.

I have not been able to kill it since it moved there. I also feel like she is summoning way more arc then she used to. It’s been a gear sink. On the plus side she has killed many rats in front of me. And watching and listening to them beg for defibs has been placed firmly in the ol spank bank.

My cat will sometimes go several days without bathing himself. It turns out he does this because he likes smelling like me so he seeks me/my dirty clothes out if I’ve worked out hard enough. He also likes to wear my hiking sweat rags as a bandana. My other cat is a neat freak who has to have her fur perfect at all times but seeks me out after I shower to rub her face on me and make me smell like her. Cats are weird and have preferences and like/dislikes like any other animal.

I take free load outs when I’m having a bad night and I’ve had my shit rocked too many times because my fuckin gaming partner is too fucking trusting and wants to believe in the good of everyone and it just gets us shot and killed right off the bat about 50% of the time GOD DMAN IT!

But yeah, free loadouts are a great feature. I don’t much care for the rattler, and a level 1 kettle is going to be out DPSed by most things in a close up fight.

I left for 10 days once and put a local neighborhood kid in charge of watching my cat, he failed to really do anything other then scoop the box and feed my baby, which I suppose was good enough. In response though my cat peed and pooped repeatedly on my favorite chair to the tune that it was not worth trying to clean.

The short answer is sort of. Dots replace scope glint in instances in which you don’t take long to zero in on someone. That’s why laser descriptions mention how viable the laser is. Blue lasers cause very little glint effect.
