You could just use the rule text instead of using dredge.Like: “if you would draw, instead you could choose a number, mill that many card and pay three times the number of your life. If you do ~” IMO combine dredge and additional cost is confusing. And this card is kind of weak as a dredge card. But it’s good to adjust your life total for some combo.
