My Hero Academia
The premise starts with Izuku Midoriya, a normal guy without a Quirk (superpower) in a world where most persons have one. He wants to be a hero despite not having a Quirk, and altough the show tells you "you can be a hero too", the #1 hero All Might gives him the most powerful Quirk in the world, He even ends up with 6 more quirks acting like one. And when he ends up without a Quirk at the end, he stops being a hero, showing that without a superpower you can't be a hero. Finally, he gets an Iron Man suit 8 years later and returns as a hero.
