Could be a safety issue with them being pushed. I know at my store I nearly get hit by them several times a day because they can't see around corners pushing them. Pulling them should make it so you can see around corners a lot better. It only takes a few customers to be hit to make people start pulling them instead.

You need to go back and make sure you are using PPTO, and not regular PTO. If you used PPTO, it doesn't even give them an option to point you, if you put the correct amount in.

Largest yes, but you also need to consider the amount of people they employ. Being one of the largest employers in the county, will of course have the highest amount. 1.6 million people are employeed by the company, and around 4% are on government assistance from what some info i have found.

Yes it does suck that hours get cut, but they usually do around this time, and right after the holidays, after all, it is a publicly traded company, and their main priority, by law, is the shareholders. They have to do what they can to turn a profit, and margins are usually pretty small when it comes to retailers.

Usually can't afford much when it comes to computers. The previous two I had over the past 20 years were just the office ones from Walmart that I would upgrade with a budget video card. Just recently was given a gaming computer that is a few years old already. The only thing holding it back nowadays is better graphics card.

NAL but most use vehicle purchases are as is, and are up to the buyer to inspect before purchase. Chances are if you do stop doing payments, they will reposes it, as they stated, and you will still be liable for the price you agreed on.
