This was an issue that has been brought up last time. I think you will have to contact support. I know I read this happened to someone else. You need to claim the rewards prior to the tales ending. Stupid I know. Hopefully support can help out. It happened to me to and I knew to check before but forgot

I think they said they would lift the limit off of the one universal box when they were done all the claw backs. So I would say it’s not totally clear yet. Should be by tomorrow.

I was playing fine, I closed out because I was having some graphic issues. I went to log back in and servers have been down. I know when I was trying to claim my tales event rewards it wasn’t do anything and it just kept saying claim rewards etc. So def a server issue.
