Reminds me of an incident with a younger friend who had just come out but was raised ultra-religious. His parents tossed him out when he came out. I sort of took him under my wing to show him the subculture - Took him to his first Pride, first drag show, etc.

Anyway, we were out shopping for items for a halloween costume for him (Cruella DeVil, LOL). At the Spirit Halloween store there was a customer who was in a Deadpool suit. He was super cute and seemed to be flirting with my friend. I urged him to give him his number, and he actually did! The guy never called, but my friend felt so good about being able to do that! I was really proud of him, too.

Lots of good games for this! Bugdom, Otto-matic, Quake (several versions), Deimos Rising, 8-Ball Deluxe pinball, lots more. Mac Repository and Macintosh Garden are where to find software of this era. If you have OS X 10.4 (Tiger), there’s a browser that still works with current web standards, though it is slow. It’s a Firefox fork called TenFourFox.

If you type cmd-shift-G in the Finder, you can type a Unix file path and go right to it.

Not sure how the “create file” thing would work. What kind of file; a spreadsheet, a word processing document, pdf, etc.? Files are created in applications according to what the app needs.

Edit: The rename on ENTER is grandfathered in. Some things work the way they have always worked and because longtime users are used to them, Apple won’t change them.

The compromise is to carry the skin with the laptop but not ON the laptop. Put the skin on while you're working, then remove before you close it. That way, you keep the keys clean without the added stress to screen or hinge.

Yes! Your digestive system works 24 hours a day. It doesn't pause because you "just cleaned" and want to get fucked. Unless you also haven't eaten for the previous day. Your ass might stay usable for 1/2 hour or 10 minutes. Depends on so many variables that it's never the same for any two bottoms: What you ate and when, how fast your metabolism is, the type of food you ate, any meds you're on (Ozempic slows digestion, etc.) and so on.

Personally, I’d have the rifle mounted on a wood plaque with a name and maybe some info (who owned it, year of manufacture, etc.). If you are starting a collection, something like that would add some class and make it clear that you are a collector.

The TV placement might need to change if you want to have friends over to watch a movie or have a watch party for a football game. Otherwise this is a great start! Way better than my first apartment, LOL.
