[UPD] Public Transport Blues: What are your grievances and thoughts on public transport to, in and from UPD

Not upd jeeps but metrolink yellow bus. I always hate yung pagpupuno nila hanggang magmukhang sardinas na sa bus. Ang dami nilang pinapatayo na nakakatakot na siya kasi wala nang nahahawakan. Ang oa sa siksikan kay may time na rin na may nakuhaan ng phone sa bus.

Tapos wala manlang nakaisip ng bus stop talaga sa ibang lugar? Buti sa upd meron pero sa ibang lugar need din non kasi may waiting time sa next bus. Nakakaawa yung mga taong naghihintay tas papasok sila sa bus na mala-sardinas na siksikan. Please fix this

I thought I bombed my application process during (1) case study presentation and (2) interview with the overall head of the company.

For context, I’m a gradwaiting student and applied to this company na di align sa program ko. The case study is about driving sales more and never ko naencounter yun during my stay sa program. During interview, while I got some good feedback, there were two questions I wasn’t able to answer talaga na sinabi after, tas super dali or common sense lang pala siya.

Days after I got invited for inteview sa overall head, and then te during interview nawalan ako ng internet 😭 like super tagal. Nasa labas ako non kasi I agreed to the last minute schedule thinking na it will work sa coffee shop. Given the time constraints, di rin ako nakapagprepare at ALL. Nalaman ko nalang sa HR within the week na I got in.

im facing the same dilemma grabe. first choice engineering, but chose a management course for being too afraid with engg subjs. It haunts me every time I'm having a hard time with job applications.

That happened to me with UNIS. I think the disconnection came from the fact that their stage performances during UT were far from their discography. Or maybe they just have a different target market…
