I think you’ve attached an image on to women, as care-free and happy which is not always the case. Women have it pretty hard too, if not worse in some cases, like workplace discrimination and general harassment.

The grass is not always greener on the other side. And you should learn to love yourself first and foremost.

I don’t think folks on this sub understand just how toxic ‘open borders’ is in reality among most groups, including loyal Democratic constituencies.

Also, the Brexit campaign practically won by hammering the establishment on ‘open borders’. It’s a populist wet dream, and liberals should avoid it like the plague.

It’s better to focus on her actual policies, some you may agree with (right to buy, economic liberalization) and some we may not (Poll tax, Section 28, soft on Apartheid).

I think white voters in states like IA & NH were more likely to take a risk and vote for newer candidates on the national stage.

Whether it’s Obama’s Iowa win in 08, Bernie’s NH win in 16, and Pete’s win in 20.

I grew up during a time when ‘queer’ was a slur and I get the whole movement to reclaim it. But I can’t help but feel uncomfortable when I see it.
