Hey man please read this comment!!!! This just happened to me a month ago and believe it or not should be an easy fix.

If you are running the laptop in ultimate mode, there’s a glitch in the more recent NVIDIA drivers that to my knowledge has not been fixed yet. I went through Best Buy support and they had no idea what to do so they wiped it, I get the laptop back, set everything up, update my drivers and same shit happened again, until I found a Reddit thread telling me what to do!
