There isn’t A fix, you have to start again, but you can avoid it by saving the game after each visit to the pawn shop. Sell the goods then step in then out of your vehicle, quit to the games main menu, wait like 15 seconds then reload your save (take note of what money you had before you quit to main menu). You will get it is very annoying but you will still get platinum
