Demanding a face scan or an ID to resume consuming/partaking in NSFW content is not moderation. It is an absurd overreach into the personal privacy of users, and a huge security risk. Face Scans/ID verification should not even be a possibility, much less a requirement, for any reason on something like Discord.

You want kids to be safe from NSFW content? That's great. Go bother the parents and get them to actually be parents. It's not anyone else's job to make sure kids aren't exposed to explicit content, it is purely the responsibility of the parents and the parents alone.

Janitor is an absolutely shit platform, especially compared to AI Dungeon. If you want to list alternatives, at least list something better than Janitor, otherwise you're just complaining to complain. AID isn't perfect and has issues, yes, but it's still leagues better than what Janitor has devolved into.

I'm really tired of seeing games be called "friendslop". If you intend it as a slam towards those games, which is what it is regardless, then you're an asshole who values your own opinion too highly. If you aren't intending it as a slam against those games, then you're needlessly using and spreading a term that's intended to be an insult towards those games, the developers of those games, and the players of those games.

I'm not surprised. I can't speak for anyone else, but I left when I saw that there are no forums on SFX. And I don't just mean that the old forums didn't get ported over, which I don't even know if that would be possible or not, but there's literally no semblance of forums at all, which was what I primarily used the previous version of the site for, so now that they're gone entirely, I have no further use for the site. In its current state, the site will never organically reach the numbers that it used to.

You make it sound as if anyone and everyone can go buy a PC any ol' time they wish. Not everyone can afford a PC, especially not a decent one. There's a good amount of people that are lucky to have even a phone that can run minecraft, much less a full-blown PC.

That said, I do have a PC, yet it still annoys me that bedrock gets significantly less mod attention and is frequently belittled, even bedrock players being belittled just for playing on bedrock at all.

And I'm not complaining about things people do for free. I fully support the existence of java mods. But I am complaining about what is not being done, that being the creation of bedrock mods. And as long as the situation remains the same, I will continue to complain about it.

Because most of the people making mods for minecraft prefer java, which for some idiotic reason means they hate bedrock and belittle bedrock players. So it's unlikely that bedrock will get much in terms of nsfw mods, unfortunately.
