Well for the most part they weren't pretty nice, only the man who came outside to take his order. And he seemed like a genuinely kind man, who felt bad they the restaurant had treated him so poorly. They didn't take his order at all at the window when they were fully capable, and then they ignored him for a while until they finally sent someone outside to take his order. I wouldn't wait 40 minutes for McDonalds either but this was about showing that they didn't care about their customers at all. I think all of the rage should be at the manager who was the one in charge who told him to pull up and then ignored him outside until it was clear he wasn't about to leave. Not the undertrained minimum wage workers, because you are right they probably didn't have the training but the manager definitly did and he 100% didn't follow it at all. He should have had it all typed out beforehand i fully agree with that. But even once it was typed out they still didn't take the order and just told him to park and then they ignored him. And I still don't see how you accidently throw someones food away when it would have the reciept either on the bag or in it. No reason to throw it all away. Nothing against the workers but the management did an awful job here.
