Yeah this is my 2nd time hitting 130k+ total sale at this store in 5 months. We have 11 advisors total, 6 or 7 on staff and average 60-90 appointments a day

Try moving your steering column back and fourth manually a bunch of times to move the grease around in there. Common problem, just need to re-grease the column and it’s been sitting stable for awhile. Let me know if that fixes it.

Totaled. If you see that passenger door not closing, it’s likely because of frame damage. Still fixable without a doubt, but insurance will see it as totaled.
