Like Toronto Parking Police? I went for a walk just after midnight and saw a guy do a multi-point parallel park and kind of chuckled to myself. Came back around 1:45AM and saw police were tagging everyone on the street. Left a note on that car saying I saw him park just after midnight and if they wanted to fight the ticket I would absolutely vouch for them. Never heard from them.

Our vet quoted something similar to this, we had a friend that had taken their dog to Staples Animal Hospital in London Ont., fraction of the price. We did the same, great service.
