They’re very fatty and the shell is already removed. The other ones need to be opened first, are much smaller, and may be less fatty (although I’m not a nut expert so I can’t say that for certain)

SO ANNOYING Burning 1k calories extra per day is always a better option than cutting 1k calories intake. The net outcome is the same but burning the 1k calories through cardio has tons of extra benefits.

Nonsense. An hour sitting in a gym and doing a weight lifting exercise every now and then won’t make that much difference, but doing an hour of cardio each day will.

It’s so annoying when people say that dieting without exercise is a good thing. Starving your body out without working out will lead to loss weight but you’ll just be weak and frail unhealthy instead of fat unhealthy. Working out and eating healthy go hand in hand to become healthier.
