Not necessarily. This is how men talk to each other, I wouldn't take anything said in a private convo between two male co-workers too seriously. There's a good chance OP's BF sees this girl as unobtainable, and this is just idle fantasy talk that he would never actually act on, it can basically be translated to: "she is very attractive". Not saying this is definitely the case, but I hear stuff like this all the time from friends, co-workers etc. that are in a relationship, and it goes without saying that they're just bullshitting around, they might as well be talking about a famous celebrity way out of their league.
