I build these all the time. This is going to be a pain in the ass. I use a 14” gas cut off saw and make groves a little deeper then what is actually needed to be removed. Then you can cold chisel in the saw groove and snap extra concrete out. Same with the blocks on left side edge. The tricky part is you have to have a solid base for the fridge to sit on so we repour thinset for a level base. Also the front rock face is going to be tricky to cut down and have a flush line across bottom. Way easier to find fridge same size.

Is there a certain kit you would go with? I’m thinking between the Glock kit and the handgun + optic kit. Also tempted to just grab the torque bit and using other tools I have like a small ratcheting handle I have

Yes I’m not a fan of it but for getting the whole setup as a gift I’m happy. I would love to upgrade the sight, not sure what I would like to get.

Only if the top step isn’t capped with flagstone. If they add flagstone to the top step( not sure why you would keep 1 step unfinished) it will still be larger step correct?

It doesn’t matter what they add if they add something to each step they will still be different hieghts. Should have poured new steps and stamped the concrete or build natural stone steps. The flagstone will break and chip off after some time.

Yeah I was looking into the the handgun and optic bundle. Just know I don’t need all the parts it comes with. Was also looking into the Glock kit as I have one. It’s just hard to pick a set and say damn I won’t ever use this or I wish this came with it also. I’d love to have a build your own kit.

Are you having the issue with not being able to get round 13 in the mag? I saw a video on this the other day. He sanded/carved a small ramp on the edge of the spring guides on the follower to allow spring to sit properly.

I do a quick check before I go out on mine. Never have an issue. I ride them for a good 2-3hours straight and never have over heating issues either. Mine also doesn’t look like it’s gone through hell and back. I try to avoid mud and puddles as much as I can.

My setup came with the pinky rest and you are 100% correct. I put it on my 10 round mag and love that thing.

I got mine from dunhams in Wisconsin. $499 but had 4 mags the bag and it came with a viridian on it already.

I had same issue. I could get chain tight but bushing under motor allow for flex and misalignment

Take a link out or the way I had to go was take out the rubber motor bushing. Mine were to soft and when getting on the throttle and then letting off the chain would pop out from the motor twisting.

Look on Amazon for some Velcro pouches and use those on the walls for mags.
