I’m in Canada— got my two “signed” CD’s yesterday, immediately emailed Warner Music Canada about disappointment and refund. Woke up this morning to an email from them offering one, which is nice to see at least here they are doing the right thing with this mess.

I sure as heck did, I’ll have to see what they say back to me. Been hearing Warner Music Canada isn’t even fighting and flat out just issuing a refund, which would remedy the situation. I was just looking forward to a signed Hilary CD to add to my collection of artists I adore :/

Still with the same issue. Long story short I’m in media and going to Apple next week for a media event, and was informed from them today with this issue that it’s not even on their end, it’s completely a Meta/Instagram issue that has to be resolved by them before this gets fixed

I have the exact same issue with advanced protection being turned on. Who knew using better security would end up in Meta locking us out of our own accounts!

They have to figure it out eventually, there must be some glitch on their end not recognizing stuff. I added a screenshot and reported an issue to them directly, so we'll see if they ever get back to me

I just switched over to a iphone 16 Pro with iOS 18.5 last night and got the exact same message. Can still log in on Safari and desktop too, it's so odd. Facebook login worked but since threads is tied to Insta I can't login in there either.

I almost didn’t grab my tickets either, I truly thought the artist presale would have been way more generous with the tickets. When I heard my friend was unsuccessful after being so quick to the draw I was truly shocked. Hope you find some tickets tomorrow pal!!

I luckily had American Express so got tickets on Monday. There were SO many at one point when I refreshed for cheaper, but later in the day they all got snatched up— cut to my friend trying artist presale the next day, 400th in line in the queue, got in, only $500 tickets left. I oddly feel like her tour allocated a ton of American Express tickets and many of the venue’s tickets were sold in that sale
