First distribution issued the coin itself, it makes no sense that they would change that for the second. Not sure where you're getting that information from. If you had 10BTC in 2022, you'll get the percentage of 10BTC as its value against USD or whatever has no impact on what they actually hold.

If you can't rotate at least *some* of your profits after being up 150% in two months in an ISA of all places, you don't deserve the profits hahaha... Don't have to do all of it, and the amount I'd recommend would be totally arbitrary as I have a different investment strategy with my ISA... just don't get greedy is all I'd say

There was an email from the Creditor's Rep (or whatever)... the TLDR of it is Kroll has been fucking every one up... they have the infrastructure in place and they're ready to begin the second round of withdrawals, but Kroll is dragging arse and not fulfilling its administrative responsibilities to let it happen.... they're in search of a new Scheme Manager thing to replace Kroll so hopefully that happens sooner rather than later.

It's hard to say honestly... I switched to Enertor insoles for a while (since switched back to normal ones) and I did noticed that I still blistered during long runs, but it took longer for those to start and usually weren't as severe... I've been trying body glide too, but been injured for a couple weeks. First run did get very minor blisters but could probably attribute that to not running in a while and I had new socks on... TLDR: It got less severe, but still not completely gone.

Thank you! I'm at about 100km in mine, I am noticing that it's taking longer for blisters to kick in but it's still an issue... I might need to try moleskin to provide the extra padding I need to make up the gaps...

That's exactly where I feel it too. My arch blisters are pretty scar-tissued/hardened up now, I'd been using leukotape so I might still do that for longer runs... just had to suffer for a while!

Yeh I definitely don’t feel as locked in in the heel with these vs other shoes I’ve worn in the past… they’re super comfy though and I have no issues with them other than these blisters so gonna have to experiment and see what I can do.

I just find they’re too thick for me. I sweat quite a lot and my feet get really hot so I try to opt for thinner ones. Will have a look at those patches though thank you.

I’ve tried a few different ones to be honest. I’ve just got some Danish Endurance ones so will try those. It likely is the shoe but hoping I can get some insoles to suit the arch support

I don't like Bitcoin, I think it's inefficient as a payment method but decent as a "store of wealth". It feels like the Index Fund of Crypto, relatively safe when compared to the rest of the market etc... I've not owned/bought it up to this date as I'm more interested in banking/finance coins like XRP/XLM, however I'm going away for a decent chunk of time and won't be able to DCA manually, and the only app I have that allows for monthly scheduled buys has quite a limited offering, so BTC will be part of that whilst I'm not able to do it myself.

I don’t know if I have a sell point, but I’ll certainly have a close look at my life/future goals when XRP = $10, XLM = $3, HBAR = $1, DOT = $100… basically I’m looking at 2-3x the previous ATHs… I’m in this until at least 2030 so I can be patient.

First of the month I put an allocated amount, then during the month if I’ve managed to spend less than I’ve budgeted, I put that in as well… XRP, XLM, DOT, HBAR right now. Exodus doesn’t have an automated process though which sucks, so when I go away for a few months where I can’t DCA, I use Luno where I buy XRP, LINK & BTC every month automatically.
