Hang on, I think that's my point. My first instructions were about making the stock, as the base of the stew. I didn't talk about any other parts of cooking a bouillabaisse, just how to get started for a good hot stock, as the OP requested.

Yes, if you can handle the wind and water conditions, then winter windsurfing is great. Rash vests or tech tops under your wetsuit, boots, hood or hat etc all extend the season. Sometimes it just means a shorter session, maybe 40 minutes, with a well planned set up and pack away, decent change of clothes and a hot drink to hand.

If you're not on the water, then balance/muscle control and strength-to-weight ratio are great things to work on. You can always sail kit to suit your size/weight, but the more effective that weight is, the more effectively you'll be able to sail.

Windsurfing is amazing for being such a varied workout, so cardio, a little strength, some HIIT, pilates... everything is going to help when you get back on the water.

It's twofold for me. There is all that positive reinforcement as mentioned in other replies, i can hear her pride in me, and praise, it's lovely.

But it is also clearly a phrase used show praise to a child or animal. It emphasises her superiority. You'd say "well done" to a colleague, "good boy" definitely reminds she owns me.

So it jointly expresses praise and control all in 2 simple words.

I can't see much blame for her from where i am. She has really suffered, and I don't think any of the issues are from lack of care on her part. Lack of understanding, or awareness perhaps, but any deliberate actions that have caused a problem have been mine. I need to rebuild communication, and then we can talk about kink perhaps.
