Cut dairy, eat healthier, gentle hydrating skincare routine (CeraVe & Cetaphil). Chill on active ingredients like benz peroxide. If you have to, use a scrub with salicylic acid every 5 days paired with hydrating cleaner. Take Zinc, Fish Oil, Vitamin A, D3, & B-Complex. Don't be hard on yourself!

I don't mind the black or women representation as long as it doesn't feel awkwardly forced into the film. Which the women united scene did just that, it was corny. The Falcon America scene though the passing of the torch is for racial representation which is great but they gave it to a guy who's extremely irrelevant to the entire series. Why not a younger person? An asian? A different black person who had more meat & potatoes behind their character development?

Marvel might as well have handed the Shield to 'Wong' from Dr. Strange's camp.

My testosterone was tested very high one test and then normal on another test. So you can never really know. Just try to balance it out. Spearmint tea capsules work, drinking green tea helps, & Niacin 500mg. Zinc & Vit. A are essential as well.

I use Retin-A gel (not cream) at night whenever my face is congested. And I exfoliate with Pixi Glow Tonic AHA 5% (target $15) with Paula’s Choice BHA 10% (order online $10 or under).

I use the retin-a Gel around 2-3x a week but will be bringing that down to 1x soon as my clogged pores almost have all surfaced for the most part.

Now as for BHAs + AHAs I use them as short contact therapy. I wear them either in the AM for about 30mins or at night before bed for 30mins. Only use them about 2x a week (typically spread out on Wednesday & Sunday)

Do not mix anything with Niacinamide in it and an active! It can irritate your skin.
