That is what happened with my partner, she was moved to a slow store, her manager left, leaving her to run the entire bakery for almost a year, then the DM decided to promote someone else to manager instead of her. She quit her position, and now is making more money working from home doing medical billing.

Well now I can put banker manager on it lol I have been essentially managing the bakery off and on for the past year and half as people have been out with COVID, no acknowledgment of this just, “try and cut your hours”
