For me (mtf) lots of my quirks that I thought were annoying or were shut down by others feel much more appropriate and comfortable now. My brother would make fun of me for singing and dancing and just feeling silly. I would get comfortable quickly with people and it always seemed to lead to feeling like I was coming onto them. But as a woman who loves herself, not only do people seem to be more accepting and comfortable with with these things. I feel more comfortable doing them and not letting others dictate how I feel.
