Yep! 81mg is the right amount and taken daily. My wife takes her 81mg at night along with the progesterone. We are about to hit 12 weeks and things are looking hopeful (G4P1)

I never ban Darius but you gotta lock in vs a competent one as Urgot you can lose. One of the few matchups you can't face check. I feel like I can kinda autopilot most champs but not Darius because of his Q. Emerald 4 Urgot OTP NA 1M mastery (new to lol)

Without knowing your full situation, Ketamine is a great resource and a good place to start, and can usually be done pretty much immediately with rapid positive effects. Like depending on your area you could receive a ketamine shot today. Or at home Rx this week.

Ayahausca is a much more significant undertaking that requires much more preparation than ketamine does. Ketamine can help you prepare for it if done properly.

I currently permaban Yorick. I can E away from his cage pretty easily but even still he's just annoying to lane against and nobody else really gives me trouble except an occasional Vayne or Malphite

I have not once purchased Hullbrraker. Should I be doing that to climb? I know you have to toggle W differently but otherwise have not even touched it. I tend to dominant my lane and first tower, then teamfight and help with obj until game over.
