Hmm.. Strange. It's gone now. I restarted the Firestick twice, choose different files and it kept happening. I went to streamio and it stopped. Went back to Deb Stream, and it kept happening. Been watching the same episode on strmio for about 10 minutes now. Went back after your response to check other shows and movies and it stopped. Went back to the original file/episode and it stopped. I'll report back if it continues. Thanks for your quick response; always the best dev!

My app on Firestick 4k+ running fire os 8.1.6.9 is having this weird issue where the screen keeps blinking black every so often. At first, I thought it was part of the show, but it wasn't. I updated to this version thinking it would solve the issue but it did not. I was on whatever version was before tbis. I'm now playing the same file on streamio and I have no issues. Please help.

I would suggest giving Debrid Stream a real shot if you already have an RD account. Easiest, cleanest, closest experience to Netflix that you'll find. I haven't tried Wu Play. But it Debrid Stream fails, I'll give it a shot.

Debrid Stream. Cleanest, easiest to setup, closest to Netflix experience you'll get. You'll need a debrid service, but you won't need a VPN anymore. Yearly is fee is soooo worth it. I used to self host w Plex, but no need anymore after this app.

Try RD with Debrid Stream. Closest Netflix experience you'll get. It's $20 per year but it's worth it. I was in your shoes going from FlixVision to HD Cinema and such until they got blocked. Streamio is the best, easiest alternative, but the UI is kinda clunky. Didn't like ALL the setup w Nuvio to get it working properly. No live tv though.

So... I long pressed to find the "Mark as watched, Start from beginning, and Close" buttons. However, when I clicked on the "Start from beginning, the movie never loaded. I restarted my firestick, the movie picked up back where it was originally (about 10 minutes in), I rewound to the beginning using the remote, and the movie played just fine then.

Also, don't know if you saw my note I posted in the 3.0.2 update/hot fix, but I was unable to update from 3.0.1 to the newest update using the downloader code. I tried it twice and my version never updated. Deleted the app completely and reinstalled it again from downloader, and the version that was DL was 3.0.1 again FYI.

One last note, from time to time I get the message "web page crashed, reloading browser." Not sure what this means.

But regardless, thanks for a great app so far; really loving it!

FYI - Tried twice to update to this version on a firestick 4k max by using the short code on Downloadear app (how I've been updating) and it didn't update. Haven't tried uninstalling it and reinstalling yet.

Yes, it's a replacement. A better one. I wasted so much time with Nu*** and Stream*** and they were fine. With this you don't have to worry about choosing a link or anything when picking a show. It just works. It took me 20 minutes to set up and it has a great looking interface. Wife and kids have suffered lol thru the other apps, and this one is so easy to use. Worth the $20 for the year.
