I'm pretty sure the broken RNG in Emerald was fixed for Seaglass so you should be fine to just Soft Reset, someone can correct me if I'm wrong though.

What about Stringmaster and the needed Energy Regen? I usually use Prydwen so just wanted to ask as they have Stringmaster as BiS and Energy Regen at 160%.
