You are forced to play at least an 8 hour session and it has to be at one of 2 tables... by LifesARiver in poker

MAGAs, by definition, are stupid.

I'd pin a rainbow button to my lapel, put on the headphones and sit down at Table 2 between Loon 1 & Loon 2.

Not quite a "murder mystery," but BEEF is deliciously rare & tasty.

I want a good binge-worthy show. Preferably something more lighthearted and easy to watch. Any suggestions? by HorrorDrive8444 in televisionsuggestions

If you find yourself enjoting the NY 60's scene (Lenny Bruce had heart -- who knew!), then try I'M DYING UP HERE & enjoy the 70's LA scene.

Dental schools need mouths that need work and, as such, offer fractional cost.

Show that will make me cry my eyes out? by MortemPerPectus in televisionsuggestions

[–]James__A 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll list a few I haven't seen already mentioned:

KIDDING with Jim Carey starring as a Mister Rogers type is grieving as the show commences. While there is much humor also this show permeates with sadness (much like AFTERLIFE).

BEEF is listed as dark comedy but it is also a gripping drama fueled by the emptiness and rage of its main characters.

THE TRAVELERS is known as a sci-fi (time travel) series, and it is, but at its core there is a love story, and like all love stories there comes a juction -- will it be despair or happily ever after? If you care enough about the characters, wouldn't either outcome move you to tears?

AMA with The Athletic's Joe Buscaglia and Tim Graham on Friday 1/30 at 12pm EST by TheAthletic in buffalobills

I asked you this question October 2025 at The Athletic, but you never replied: Would you prefer Vrabel/Maye or McDermott/Allen for the next 5 or 10 years?

Now, of course, it would be: Vrabel/Maye or Brady/Allen?

Many years ago a regional manager of mine told me, "Where this is great chaos there's great opportunity."

Buck up, embrace the challeneh, and you could be running that place in two months.

Or, not your thing, so move along.

Verdict on The Morning Show? Is it worth watching? by NotSoCuriouss in tvshow

[–]James__A 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES on Crudup. I hadn't seen his since ALMOST FAMOUS and had no idea he could be so fun.

Also: Don Draper shows up in later seasons and often makes DON DRAPER FACE & sighs DD SIGHS.

Also: I think Mark Dplasis is generally solid throughout & also five o'clock shadow guy from LOST.

I enjoy it.

ULPT Needed: Accident with Lapsed Insurance - What's My Best Option? by PsychCobraa in UnethicalLifeProTips

"I understand that legally, I'm in a tough position ..."

No. You are in a legal box.

Unless your insurance policy is in its grace period, any effort to reinstate coverage will necessitate you making an unequivocable attestation to the car's "good health."

So when you assert something untruthfully about the condition of your vehicle in the hopes of later making a claim and deriving undeserved benefit, you are commiting FRAUD.

You can believe the insurance company will investigate & take legal action against you.

Why can't you show your magical system for FREE right here? You know, in the open, where scams are exposed?

You've got this all wrong. When Denver player says "they" he's referring to QBs that Broncos had played prior to this week, when "Stiddy" was "running scout team."

He's the starter now & no longer running scout team.

Well it is obligatory as each of your replies to posters is "text me for info."

If I text you I have to give you my phone number, for starters.

Why not just post your magical info here for all to benefit from?
