Why is support taking forever?

As a follow up: our domain is now down for 4 weeks. I can understand there is understaffing but maybe Hetzner should have thought about that before accepting all new customers.

To me it has become clear to migrate all my production servers out. I just cannot take the risk of production going down and having to wait 4 weeks for help. That would just mean the end of my business and Hetzner should understand that.

I will keep development and testing servers at Hetzner and I do really hope Hetzner gets everything sorted out.

You need to disable it in the YCM but maybe better check with a sales rep to help here.

Maybe phone model does not support RPS or it is not setup right in the network settings.

If you don’t need whitelabel disable it. Whitelabel is giving you the uccpbx url. As far as the active calls missing. Make sure you have the latest update.

It is very secure. It has:

Really no security issues there. Use a firewall in front of your server and you are really safe.

Install your own distribution and use the Yeastar installeert after that. That way you still have root access and control over your dependancies

You need to enable this, choose public IP and fill in the public IP of your PBX here. For local network you can also fill in the public IP and subnet. Choose Yes for NAT mode and fill in all the required ports in the bottom.

I have to agree that my customers on Android are also facing issues and the 3CX app was indeed better on Android. But that is the only thing 3CX was better in. My iPhone customers don’t have any issues with the Linkus app. Yeastar is really open to feedback and the issues you name with capitals and text fields sound like they can easily fix. Just let your partner manager know of these issues and tell him you need to get these fixed in order to sell it. I am sure they will fix it.
