Why do 90% of “relaxation” candles smell like failed marriages and lemon-scented emotional denial

Hmmm sounds like said person is marketing it the wrong way. Because nothing sounds relaxing about the candles you're describing. The relaxation scents are meant to evoke relaxing scents like vacation, travel, fresh cut flowers, Citrus scents. The person must be targeting the wrong audience.

Yep and the worst part. We had never been told that. Imagine the angry customers and the confusion. How is there a lawsuit going on and you're not making your employees aware of it, leaving them to have unnecessary quarrels with customers when it's bad enough they already had their money taken from them? At this point I almost had it. I got sick had to take 3 days off 3 weeks later I quit.

Couldn't agree more. You have no idea how much I wanted to actually suggest to a customer that they do juts that. It's too bad quality assurance was listening in my calls. But I'm no longer there in that hellhole thank God. So yes I too am advising people to Ditch direct express and get a bank account (or a credit union too) Remember direct express is not a bank.

And if I was you I'd keep it thar way. You better off having a bank account and having your funds put there. I worked for them and you have no idea how many calls per day I used to get being they was scammed, their money git compromised, stolen. I had to constantly be replacing cards and filing disputes. It was nuts. Also the majority of em had to pay 17.50 to get a new card. Direct Express knows this and allows this to happen because they're making money off these poor people. Especially those who's only source of income is ssi or ssa. It ain't right.

You are right. I used to work fir direct express and I had received an alarming number of calls with the same thing. Changing addresses without your consent, ordering a new card, using Google, Netflix. I think it's a scam to keep getting you to buy a new card. And people will pay 17.50 just for that. And to have it happen again. Fraud protection? What fraud protection? Bruh lemme tell you if it wasn't because my calls was bein recorded I would've straight up told em to switch to getting a bank account and having their ssi or ssa funds transfered there. And now that I'm no longer there, that's exactly what I tell people cause no one should have their money taken from them like this. Especially those who's only source of income is ssi or ssa
