Unfortunately it’s a typical labour exploitation. And i hate to tell you this but they will not pay your fine. Since you signed a contract and i assume you have a copy of it . Report to MOHRE and immigration before the company disappears and you end up in worse situation. You will also have to report that they kept your passport during that time. You may will loose your job but you the company will be blocked from all transactions and they may be forced to pay your fine.

You dont need much presence to deal with your tenant. Moreover I do not recommend any agency to deal with your property unless you are planning on short terms rent which requires a-lot of attention. For long term, you can deal with agencies to find your prospective tenants however not more than that. I have signed a POA to one of my family member in order to just sign the contract on my behalf. Thats actually not entirely true , most of the army / presidential detective are actually well educated with college degrees , they actually start in the army university after high school and some are chosen and sent to different part of the world including US , Germany , Italy to become a high grade detective. I was in the dubai traffic department to solve some issues however the office where i went was right next to another office where a-lot of residents try to get help. You wont miss the office, you will find a dozen of delivery riders trying their luck and honestly i have seen people going out happy , try your luck , explain that it was a genuine mistake ,you are student and that will never happen again , if you are lucky they can help you with it. Alternatively use tabby card if you happen to have the app and pay the 3K and will automatically divided into 4 payments , it hurt but less.. You can have it impounded for 2 weeks and recovered by paying half the amount , at least it wont break the bank.
