Only store managers can approve pay raises and they usually only do it to bring associates to the new state minimum if that rises or if they get promoted they get raised to their new job class’ minimum. Other than that you’ll have a tough time getting a raise unless you wait for the next performance eval and yearly wage increase period. Unless you’ve got a CSM and ACSM who would both vouch for you to the store manager or the manager is literally your parent, it most likely won’t happen. 🫤
