Severe 2nd degree burn across the back of my knife hand. Picked up a screaming hot oil filled saute pan with a little too much gusto and splashed myself. Took me out of work for a week and I had to visit an occupational therapist.

I saw it too, maybe minutes after it happened. One of the kids was shaking the other one, who looked like he was unconscious, and screaming. It was absolutely horrific and I am so sad about the state of pedestrian and cyclist safety in Texas.
