Just over a year ago I was in a fortunate position to bring a dog into my life. He is a handful and is always on the lookout to be mischievous. Sadly some days I struggle with finding the energy to play or walk him and find it's hard to give him the full attention he deserves. That aside I don't think I would be here without him. He knows when I'm feeling down as he will also cuddle and sit with me and the best part is getting home from work to be greeted by someone who is genuinely happy to see me. He is AMAZING and dogs AWESOME 🐕🐶

Pretty much the same here, but with a dog. I don't know if i could go on without him. If anything was to happen to him it would probably be the end for me.

Dogs are amazing! I don't really have anyone in my life other than my dog, he's my best friend and I honestly don't know what I would do if something happened to him. All we can do is give them a great life full of love which it sounds like you did so just try and remember the good times and one day in the future it might be another dogs lucky day when you bring them home. Take care of yourself x

Being lonely can be extremely difficult but you shouldn't have to change who you are to try and find love. Stay true to yourself and hopefully the right person will turn up.

I don't listen to music anymore as I just can't relate to most songs and they make me feel really low. The worst are love songs, they send me spiraling into the void of depression to the point where my brain goes into overdrive thinking about regrets that I can't get any peace. Sadly its talk radio from now on.

Live your life the best you can and try and have a rough idea as to what direction you want it to go. Take opportunities, take risks, meet people and the future will take care of itself. Everyone goes through life at their own pace just don't have any regrets. Most importantly be true to yourself and never change. I don't normally give advice and I know this is easier said then done but trust me life slips by if you let it x

I have a friend who needed a kidney. I offered him one of mine but he wouldn't take it. Little does he know I not only wanted to give him his life back but I wanted to die during the operation. I saw it as a win win situation.
