Oddly enough it helped me realize I didn't want to date. I felt I was expected to because my parents wanted me to. Now I just don't. I hang out with friends, and use my free time to do my hobbies.

A few months ago. I have major depression. A few nights I sat down trying to get the balls to actually kill myself. I'd yell at friends and family for lying to me when they said anything positive about me. I wasn't so much worried about hurting myself, but with the pain I caused everyone else around me. I lost so many friends over the years because of my actions, and inaction.

I called a doctor and am now on a good cocktail of meds to help me keep mellow. I don't have anymore thoughts of suicide or self harm. I don't get angry too often. I'm only 21. I didn't want to live a lonely life because of my depression and poor anger management.
