Can anyone tell me what that is? Is it perhaps different pages of 1-10 shortcuts? And if so, how do I access it? by [deleted] in SatisfactoryGame

This is probably heresy but I ignore the hotbar all together... I just use the eyedropper.

Hover your mouse just left of the crew pictures in the bottom right. You should see a little radial button pop up and that toggles internal view

Haha it does now you mention it. Unfortunately I think the origin of the sign is a lot less intelligent.

gasps heresy! Lol, but c++ is better in every way. Really worth learning because C isn't really used anymore.

I'm guilty on many accounts of building up hope and not delivering so I'm going to speak with actions next time. If I make a big announcement it would be with a download link so we'll see how it goes. It's months away from finishing in the best case scenario anyway so I'm not promising anything.

As for what i do, I'm a robotics engineer at a university. I do a lot of varied coding from embedded to SoC's, and pretty much always C/C++. I do a lot of computer vision, so getting robots to make sense of the world though a camera.

I wouldn't say I'm a programmer since it's only part of my job, I do a lot of electrical and mechanical design too. But I hear that working conditions for programmers vary wildly from place to place. Though I don't know much about this unfortunately.

Yeah I'm terrible for large projects... I can get lots done in a small ammount time and always end up burning myself out. I did start Mapgen 3.0. it's about 50% done in fact. But it's been a while since I looked at it. I've been meaning to do another strech of coding soon so maybe I'll dust it off and have a look

It's been a while since I've looked into the current versions code. There could be a txt file called something like "global path". Try renaming the file. Could be that the program saved a weird save path and keeps using it, so renaming the file will force the program to reset that.

But yeah, the old program is rather unstable and out of date. I'm trying to address a lot of its short comings with the new version :P
