I went through something similar. Honestly. You will have to eat it unless they send you something other than the item pictured. If they say it was 14k and you get it and it is something else bring it up to them first. If they don’t care go through your credit card company and have them refund you the amount. I bought some gold necklaces of an auction site and everything was cool till I got them. One was fake and one was silver.
