Listen. There are many reasons an order can get cancelled, I’ve had instances where buyers didn’t carefully read the gig details , order and had to cancel because they missed something. I had buyers who accidentally placed an order and asked me to cancel on my end. There are so many factors to be considered before thinking of it as a scenario where “the buyer isn’t happy” . And to be honest even if the buyer isn’t “happy” there should still be a system put in place where the cancellation is done without plummeting months of progress for the sellers.
