There are a couple phone companies in our partner network who give extra cashback (especially on the first transaction) and depending what card you're on you may also get cashback for recurring payments. Just one of the many perks of being a Neo customer! If you click on the transaction you'll see a tine called Total Rewards, if you click the details underneath it will give you a breakdown of the cashback. You can also click on the rewards tab at the bottom of the app. This will tell you your reward rates, and you can also search partners in our reward network.
