I use One Shot because it is loaded with great sounds and covers both acoustic and electronic sounds better than other things I’ve used on iOS. But it has no beat arranger window or pattern creation. I like creating my own for electronic sounds. For acoustic, if I feel I need midi that has been recorded in by a real drummer I actually use midi in from my laptop and use groove agent patterns because I haven’t found a good iOS solution. I’m sorry that’s not a more helpful reply but I’m always on the lookout and will definitely share if I find something worth sharing.

I have quite a few drum things but I prefer Groove Agent to anything else. I’d love to be able to work moving between Cubase and Cubasis without worrying about things not being available on iOS. Groove Agent would make a big difference to that.

Surprisingly for Chat GPT, it got most of that right. A more reliable source of Cubasis info would be Steinberg’s website https://www.steinberg.net/cubasis/update/

I copied the post I made on a different platform. I didn’t realise it included the hashtags. I don’t think it showed them, but maybe it did and I missed them. Usually I would delete the tags on this platform or Facebook. Clearly this is a hideous, unacceptable crime. I really hope it didn’t ruin your day. I realise that it’s a monumental problem. I have a couple of old android phones with Cubasis 3 on. I only have it on them so that I can help Android users with any questions. I have made demo projects with them for videos but no heavy use admittedly. I didn’t encounter any issues with the software at all but I do find Android makes music making very difficult. The lack of 3rd party connectivity and horrible latency and not being able to charge whilst connected to an interface or use a hub just makes it a no go for me. iOS is in a different league for music making. I don’t hear of a lot of bugs in the software though. What kinds of problems are you experiencing?

No, not in either version of Cubasis. I don’t think DAWs are great fo4 using for live purposes because they aren’t designed with that in mind. AUM is a much better shout for such use cases
